Feeling Springed

I know it’s been awhile since I posted.  I decided to take a month off by choice, as school was occupying most of my free time (still is for a few weeks).  I also started this boot camp workout class at 530am.  It’s actually later than I normally work out with Jeff – but it is way more intense!

So I like to get to bed somewhat early so my body can get some rest, cause I generally wake up sore.  It’s interesting to see which part of my body will hurt that day – every day.  It’s amazing the muscles we take for granted.

I love the class – it is physically challenging.  I’m constantly having to self-talk myself into one more rep, one more push up, 30 more seconds running (yes, I am running!  And not from mortal danger – just cause!)

Anyhoo – I have to get to said class.  But I am re-dedicating myself to blogging since I miss it.  Hopefully I can get my act together.
